We have adopted some paths within the Regional Park area, and we undertake regular surveys of them.
The survey findings will, where necessary, feed into the programme of work-days.
We also survey all the paths outwith the Regional Park area in the South West of the Pentland Hills, and the approaches to the Pentland Hills from Lowries Den to Silverburn and Selm Muir Wood to Little Vantage.
The paths around Harlaw and Threipmuir are surveyed for suitability for mobility scooter / wheelchair access as the routes are used for Wheelchair walks / Access for All.
Although aim to check paths on a regular basis, we would encourage anyone to report any actions that are needed (via the Contact form or our Facebook page).
